– The Cavaliers defeat the Timberwolves in a matinee matchup, 146-134. Cleveland shot 60 percent from the field and 48 percent from 3-point range while recording 38 assists in that shootout victory over Minnesota.

– San Antonio rode a 50-40 second half to defeat Boston. Neither team ever led by double-digits in the showcase game of the night, with the Spurs holding the Celtics to 20 points in each of the final two quarters. Victor Wembanyama and De’Aaron Fox scored 21 points apiece.

– The Clippers grab a comeback win against the Pistons. Los Angeles rode a 57-37 second half to complete their comeback victory in Detroit. They recorded 16 steals in that comeback win while forcing 24 turnovers from the shorthanded Pistons.

Spurs Defeat Celtics, 100-95

While there were only five ties and four lead changes, neither team grabbed a double-digit lead at any point.

With that said, San Antonio rode a 50-40 second half to their comeback victory.

Victor Wembanyama led the Spurs with 21 points, six rebounds and three blocks.

De’Aaron Fox finished with 21 points, nine rebounds and six assists.

Derrick White led Boston with 29 points, nine rebounds, three assists, two steals and two blocks.

Jaylen Brown tallied 27 points, eight rebounds and seven assists.

Bulls Defeat Mavericks, 125-107

Chicago won all four individual quarters in this blowout victory.

The Bulls shot 52 percent while holding the Mavericks below 43 percent shooting.

Coby White led Chicago with 22 points, four rebounds and three assists.

Ayo Dosunmu led the bench with 20 points, four rebounds, eight assists and four steals.

Ryan Nembhard led Dallas with 16 points, three rebounds and six assists.

Clippers Defeat Pistons, 98-92

Detroit got out to a 19-point lead in the second quarter, but LA completed its comeback victory with a 57-37 second half.

The Clippers recorded 18 steals while forcing 24 turnovers from the Pistons.

Kawhi Leonard led the way with 26 points, eight rebounds and three steals.

James Harden had 19 points, seven rebounds, seven assists and three steals.

Celtics Lead Spurs After 3Q, 75-73

Boston has held the lead since the opening moments, but we should have a fantastic finish in this two-point game.

The Celtics have shot 12-for-29 from 3-point range while the Spurs have hit just 7-for-35.

De’Aaron Fox leads San Antonio with 19 points, six rebounds and four assists.

Jaylen Brown leads Boston with 25 points, five rebounds and five assists.

Ron Holland II Windmill Slam

Holland II is getting some extra playing time tonight for the shorthanded Pistons and posted one of the best dunks of his career.

He has Detroit up by 12 at the beginning of the fourth quarter.

Holland II leads the bench with 16 points.

Pacers Defeat Heat, 123-99

A 36-18 first quarter in favor of the Pacers set the foundation for this blowout win.

Indiana shot 45 percent from the field and 43 percent from 3-point range while holding Miami to 39 percent from the field and 13 percent from long range (4-for-30).

The Pacers also out-assisted the Heat, 36-17.

Tyler Herro led Miami with 21 points, seven rebounds and four assists.

Andrew Nembhard led Indiana with 29 points, six rebounds, nine assists and two steals.

Celtics Lead Spurs at the Half, 55-50

Boston shot 49 percent from the field and 42 percent from 3-point range in that opening half.

Jaylen Brown leads the way with 17 points, four rebounds and three assists.

Derrick White also scored 17 points.

De’Aaron Fox leads the Spurs with 11 points and three assists.

Pistons Lead Clippers at the Half, 55-41

Detroit is missing four starters in this game, but they have the best record in the Eastern Conference for a reason.

Bulls Lead Mavs After Q1, 36-28

Chicago dominated the glass in that opening frame, out-rebounding Dallas, 21-11.

All five starters scored for Chicago, but Ayo Dosunmu led the way with nine points, four rebounds and three assists off the bench.

All nine players who have played for the Bulls have scored.

Max Christie leads Dallas with eight points and two rebounds.

Spurs-Celtics Underway

We already mentioned how special Jaylen Brown has been playing recently, but this is ridiculous.

Brown knocked down this absurd high-arcing three over Victor Wembanyama.

He has 12 points, two rebounds and three assists.

Pacers Lead Heat at the Half, 61-45

Indiana out-assisted Miami in that opening half, 21-6.

Tyler Herro leads Miami with 10 points, four rebounds and two assists.

Pistons Lead Clippers After Q1, 28-14

While Detroit is missing four starters, the reserves came to play.

They doubled up LA in that opening quarter, while holding the Clippers to 5-for-19 from the field and 0-for-6 from 3-point range.

Duncan Robinson leads the way with 13 points.

Pacers Lead Heat After Q1, 36-18

Indiana couldn’t have looked better in that opening frame, running up a 27-7 run.

The Pacers out-assisted the Heat, 12-1.

Indiana shot 50 percent from the field while Miami was 0-for-8 from 3-point range.

Celtics-Spurs Showcase at 8ET

Boston and San Antonio have the showcase game of the night tonight.

The Spurs sit second in the Western Conference while the Celtics sit second in the Eastern Conference.

Jaylen Brown has been unstoppable recently, averaging 31.1 points, 7.2 rebounds, 5.5 assists and 1.2 steals across his last 22 outings.

Clippers-Pistons Tip in 30 Minutes…
